Civil rights vs. internet censorship

This morning NPR had an interesting story about Craigslist being sued over user provided content in housing advertisements. It brings up some interesting issues pitting civil rights rules on the one hand, and free expression on the internet on the other, and how this case could affect Craigslist, Amazon, blogging sites, etc.
