Smart Cities (theoretically)

chromodynamicsBizjournal ranked the smartest cities and DC, our new home, made the list. Seattle was number 1, with 47% of residents holding a bachelor's degree. DC had the most residents (21%) with graduate or professional degrees (figures with all the lawyer-types here). So the top ten were:
1. Seattle
2. San Francisco
3. Austin
4. Colorado Springs
5. Minneapolis
6. Charlotte
7. San Diego
8. Washington, D.C.
9. Portland (Ore.)
10. Alberqueque
