Protecting your gmail account
Aug. 19th, 2008 08:27 pmFor those with a gmail account, this article points out why it is important to turn on a new feature that encrypts all your mail traffic, not just the authentication page.
To turn this on, go to Settings in the upper right-hand corner of your mail page, and then on the "Browser connection" setting at the bottom of the page choose "Always use https". I had to log out and back in to see it take effect.
