Yes! "The Hobbit" and a sequel to the it! I'm not quite sure what a sequel will be. Empire.com is speculating they are going to split the book into two movies, which I could see. But I also one read that they wanted to do a sequel of their own making, based on Tolkein material, that bridges Hobbit on LOTR. We will just have to wait and see.
